Description: What is printmaking? An artist creates an image on a surface. The surface can be inked and the image transferred onto paper or fabric. The printmaker can make multiple impressions, or prints, of the image.

Are you curious about printmaking but scared away by how complicated it sounds? Let's explore some easy ways to get into this art form that uses simple supplies and can be repeated at home. In this class, you will create your own printing blocks, collagraph plates, and stamps and use them to make prints.

This class will meet at Raven Homeschool Fairbanks office, 4762 Old Airport Way.
